Features:
(1)The pressure of front and back pressure heads balances
automatically through hydraulic connecting vessel, which makes
front and back press forces homogeneous. The device can beat angle
automatically in convenient of taking shoes.
(2)Pressing blocks of the same shoe shape carry out tight wall side
pressing on shoe mold. Each block has independent cylinder motion,
which makes the binding of shoe edge best.
(3)The lift of front and rear compacting oil cylinders is
adjustable and fit for shoes of any size.
(4)Each motion of the machine has high-pressure function. Secondly
pressure sole-pressing makes sole strongly bond with shoe cover.
(5)The front head of shoes is adjustable so that sole shape can be
better bonded.
(6)According to requirement of processing shoes of small size, lock
bolt to disable corresponding side cylinder action.
